Community Ambassador Program

Ronald McDonald House South & Central Australia Community Ambassadors are a network of supporters from right across SA, Broken Hill, Alice Springs and beyond who are passionate about our organisation and the work we do to help families with ill or injured children.

They are motivated to represent Ronald McDonald House South & Central Australia within their communities, and share their own experience about the impact we have had on them and their families.

They share our message through attending events, and participating in targeted activities.

Ambassadors help Ronald McDonald House South & Central Australia by –

• Introducing our organisation to people in their network and community – by organising catch ups with friends, colleagues, or associates who they believe would also be interested in supporting Ronald McDonald House South & Central Australia.
• Hosting fundraising events – from trivia nights, to morning teas, to office drinks.
• Taking on individual tasks or challenges – participating in fun runs, or embarking on treks, all in the name of raising awareness and funds for us.
• Driving awareness of the Ronald McDonald House South & Central Australia brand through local businesses by encouraging them to donate percentages of sales or offering optional donations on top of sales.
