Sweet moments of comfort for families.
Parents and carers of ill and injured children often don’t have the time or energy to cook baked treats, snacks or lunch like they normally would, especially after a long and emotional day at the hospital.
You’re invited to step into our kitchen to prepare comforting, freshly-baked snacks and treats.
The Treats from the Heart Program is an incredible opportunity for corporate partners and community fundraising groups to step into our kitchen and make a meaningful difference for families; helping make our house feel like home.
To participate, we require groups between 6 and 10 people.
Allocated days for Treat from the Heart Program are Monday & Friday.
Prior to the day:
Your group will choose some delicious and nutritious snacks and treats to cook for our families, purchase all groceries. Sample Menus below.
How your day will look:
10:00am – Arrive, sign in, House tour, induction & team photo
10:30am – Start cooking
1:00pm – Package meals for families to help themselves
1:30pm – Clean up
2:00pm – Book your next Treats from the Heart & sign out!
