Supported Families Program

Supporting families physical and emotional wellbeing

Support and care for families

The Supported Families Program provides psychological support for families, children and young people receiving services through Ronald McDonald House South & Central Australia. The program is offered in partnership with Adelaide University.

The Program is staffed by provisional psychologists completing their Master of Psychology degree at Adelaide University working under the close supervision of an experienced clinical psychologist, Dr Cecily Young.

Psychologists help people understand themselves and improve their mental health. We can help with needs such as grief and loss, managing family relationships, and supporting transitions like returning to school after some time away.
