We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Head of Philanthropy to help us grow the support that makes this work possible.

Reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Philanthropy will lead the development and delivery of a multi-year fundraising strategy focused on growing sustainable philanthropic income.
You’ll lead a capable fundraising team while also taking a hands-on role in developing relationships with current and prospective supporters, with a particular focus on building and converting a strong major donor pipeline.
It’s a role for someone who can think strategically, build genuine relationships and turn opportunity into long-term support.
You’ll have the opportunity to:
You’ll be an experienced fundraising or philanthropy leader who understands that successful fundraising starts with strong relationships.
You’ll bring a demonstrated ability to cultivate donors and stakeholders, develop compelling philanthropic opportunities and secure significant gifts.
Just as importantly, you’ll be someone who enjoys connecting with people, understands how to translate organisational impact into meaningful donor conversations and can balance strategic leadership with being personally involved in developing relationships.
Experience securing gifts at the six-figure level, leading teams and driving fundraising strategy will be highly regarded.
